Since 2004 ISES has been coordinating the international project Solar Food Processing & Conservation (Solar Food). In addition to several awareness raising activities as well as technical workshops, Solar Food has created an international network of solar food processing experts. The on-line network provides forum to share experiences, projects and innovative solar food processing and conservation technologies and techniques. The Solar Food Conference 2009 is the final phase of the Solar Food project, which is supported by the WISIONS Foundations. ISES is the coordinating partner of the Solar Food Conference 2009.
